What services do we provide?

Establishing IPD means concentrating all related process including inpatient and outpatient services, admission ,hospitalization and discharge to international in one department. Actually IPD establishment shows the management commitment to rendering high quality services to international patients and noticing their needs in/out of the hospital.

In this department , IPD administrator transfer the patients contacts and information received directly from them or the facilitator to be referred to the related ward in hospital. These information would be reviewed precisely for proper treatment process. All the presented services for international patient are out of routine process and in VIP format.

During the patient stay , Long time translators are available to present services.]

The nurse call buzzer is placed at the top of your head( by pressing, the nurse comes to your bedside).

In your room a bathroom-hand washing and disinfection solution with their consumption instruction and a telephone for internal and external communication is embedded. Internal numbers and instruction for how to communicate with people outside the hospital installed beside the phone in your room.

To communicate with the outside of hospitals contact the number 9 and communicate with the operator and request a free line.(there are free lines in the waiting area of female ward and cafeteria of hospital.)

Health and safety brochures and training booklets about post-operative care offered in your ward.

Visiting hours: every day from 8 Am to 12 MD( As far as possible refrain from bringing children).

The time distribution of food: breakfast at 6 Am ,lunch at12:30 until13 ,dinner at 19:30 – snack for normal patients at15pm and for diabetics at10,15,22.

There is internet access via WIFI in hospital if it is requested.

There will be access to call your own country by dialing the 8 number on phone .

To inform the patient about patient bill of rights, you can read the posters that be installed in the hall of the ward.

In discharge time form of training after discharge and discharge card witch included post.

Smoking is prohibited in all wards.
